I arise today 今日，我以此現身

照片是金崙海邊的日出時分，我在海灘上開始這一天

新認識一位靈性書寫的作家：John O'Donohue，愛爾蘭人

這位作家的文字安靜而深邃，需要一再品嚐。

我把他的詩，以我的理解寫成祈禱詞，

然後，以我的破破英文，翻譯成中文

願我沉默，沉默是言詞的子宮

願我寂靜，寂靜讓我們感受到歸屬

願我孤獨，因為孤獨我們回到靈魂，於是我再次感受到與大地的相互歸屬

願我在每個呼吸與萬物交流，呼吸是翅膀讓我們飛翔於萬物之間，而被祝福

願我讚美：耳邊聽到的是驚嘆，眼睛觸目的是驚喜

願我敞開情感：碰觸本身就是與永恆靈魂的親密

願我被神所擁抱：帶來健康與清晰的思考

願我這樣活著，仁慈的心，真實地說話，在覺知中讚嘆神，在思考時跳脫框架

願我這樣活著：在愛的慷慨中自然地去愛

In the name of Silence   

以沉默之名  

Womb of the Word,

從言詞的子宮

In the name of Stillness   

以寂靜之名 

Home of Belonging,

從歸屬的家，

In the name of Solitude   

以孤獨之名 

Of the Soul and the Earth.

來自靈魂與地球

 

I arise today 

今日，我來了

Blessed by all things, 

被萬物祝福

Wings of breath,

呼吸的翅膀，

 

Delight of eyes,

眼中的喜悅

Wonder of whisper,

耳邊低語著驚嘆，

Intimacy of touch,

碰觸之親密 

Eternity of soul,

靈魂的永恆，

Urgency of thought,

急迫著思考

Miracle of health,

健康的奇蹟，

Embrace of God.

上帝的擁抱。

 

May I live this day 

願我活這一天

Compassionate of heart,

帶著慈悲心，

Clear in word,

說著明晰之言，

Gracious in awareness,

覺知著仁慈

Courageous in thought,

大膽地思考

Generous in love.

在愛中慷慨。
